Canada day is the celebration of Canada becoming a kingdom of it’s own right, (at least that’s what Wikipedia says). A day that reminds us how great it is to be Canadian. To me Canada day has always felt exciting; it always feels like the first day of summer, and gets the city all pumped to have an extra day off work. I have always looked forward to this day arriving. I especially love the part where I get to watch the fireworks pop away in the sky, so I can see how Naomi and Paul chose this special day of the year to get married on.
Naomi and Paul’s wedding WAS extra special. They had guests coming all the way from Winnipeg to the Saskatoon Farm to celebrate together. They all got to enjoy the beautiful ceremony in the red barn. Afterwards we ventured all over the Saskatoon farm for photographs!
Naomi’s sister said to Paul, “ You have always been a part of the family but now we’re just celebrating it,” and what a celebration it was! The reception was filled with laughter, hugs, sparklers and lanterns. It even had grandma paying off the groomsmen for hugs.
Thank you Naomi and Paul for including Brendan and I in your wedding day, we wish you a lifetime of happiness and special anniversaries! Here’s a "little" peek …
